An NNN is absolutely necessary when sourcing from China in both English and Chinese. The non-disclosure component prevents the manufacturer from sharing your trade secrets with the public. The non-use component prevents the manufacturer from using your concept in competition against you. The non-circumvention component prevents the manufacturer from selling your products at a lower price than what you have set.
